With over 20 years in the acrobatic and circus industry, our coaches know how to train all levels of skill. Learn basic skills of flexibility and strength to advanced skills of handstands, splits, and flips. Each small group class ensures plenty of attention from our coaches.

Our coaches adjust the training fit to your capabilities and experience. You will learn body awareness and improve strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and stamina.
Whether this is your first time attending our classes or the tenth, you will continue to advance your knowledge and capability. Learn new techniques in a supportive community filled with positive energy. With two hour classes, there is plenty of time to learn and practice.
It begins with a dynamic warm up, thorough stretching, followed by a series of headstands, handstands, and elbowstand exercises. It continues with tumbling in accordance to your level of skill. Classes will continue to introduce new movements while building on the fundamentals. Our program will challenge your strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. If you have been through our previous classes you will continue to expand your skill with more technical movements.
